Marshall's to Join Fine Wine and Good Spirits at Metroplex

Sources have confirmed, Marshall's will be the new tenant at the Metroplex alongside the Fine Wine and Good Spirits Store. The two stores will split the former Dick's Sporting Goods location. Dick's moved to the Plymouth Meeting Mall in late 2019.

No word on when either of the new stores will open, work has been going on all quarantine on the location. The former Dick's location is a total of 41,593 Sq. Ft. The average Fine Wine and Good Spirit averages around 12,000 Square Feet.

The departure of Marshall's leaves the door open for the new owner (BRIXMOR) of Plymouth Square (Ridge and Butler Pike) to further the previously planned redevelopment which proposed a "brewpub" along with several new stores.

The Fine Wine and Good Spirits will depart from the Whitemarsh Shopping Center which is currently under its own redevelopment which we covered here.
