PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA - Brandywine Realy Trust placed its Plymouth Meeting Executive campus for sale according to an article in Philadelphia Business Journal. The five buildings are part of the campus located at Hickory Road and Germantown Pike and are reported to be 76% occupied. The article says the expected sale price could be $101M. Brandywine does not own the Courtyard or Double Tree hotel buildings which also occupy the campus grounds.
