Whitemarsh Township approved the addition of 9,000sq. ft. to Whitemarsh Shopping Center a few months back. This new structure will be constructed in the parking lot near Panera. We now know construction will start before the end of 2019 and tenants will move in during the fall of 2020. Brixmor, the managing partner of the center confirmed for us the following stores will be opening.
Orangetheory (3,492 square feet) Their website states "Orangetheory is a science-backed, technology-tracked, coach-inspired group workout designed to produce results from the inside out. The hardest part of our workouts is showing up - we make it simple for you to push yourself, be your personal best and give you more. MORE results. MORE confidence. MORE Life. More than a gym. Because you shouldn’t live to exercise. You should exercise to live." If you cannot wait until fall 2020, Orangetheory has a location in Blue Bell, PA.
AFC Urgent Care (3,471 square feet), the nation’s leading provider of quality care, will open in the Fall of 2020. According to their website, "All AFC clinics are designed, equipped, and staffed to provide accessible primary care, urgent care, minor emergency treatment, and occupational medicine. We are considered pioneers in non-emergency room urgent care, with a majority of our patients coming in, receiving care, and returning home in one hour’s time on average."
