Demolition has started at 2208 Old Arch Rd, Norristown, PA 19401, the former home of Clemens Meat Market and Deli. The site is being cleared to make way for 14 townhomes. This development, designed and planned by MEH Investments but was sold to another developer who will now execute the plan.
This development has been in the works for several years and had to be approved by East Norriton and Plymouth as these homes will connect to the Plymouth Sewer system since, well, crap rolls downhill.
The 14 units will be split between 2 rows of 7 units each. The below plan shows there is also a planned retention basin. No renderings of the homes were available. We will update you with additional information once we get any.
