  • Facility provided Suppliers invoices and receipts.

  • Ingredients and Recipes provided.

  • 10 - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible Comments: Lacking hand wash towels at hand wash station when entering main kitchen.

  • 48 - warewashing facilities; installed, maintained, & used; test strips Comments: Improper setup at 3 compartment ware wash sink.

Wawa - Lafayette Hill - 1/6/2022 - full report here

  • 22 - proper cold holding temperatures Comments: TCS food items held in 3 door reach in freezer not at proper cold holding temperature. Facility voluntarily discarded and supplied list of discarded items to MCOPH.

  • 33 - proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control Comments: 3 door reach in freezer unable to maintain proper cold holding temperature. Facility may not use equipment for holding TCS foods until repaired and given written permission from MCOPH. Send completion work order stating internal temperature to MCOPH.

  • 54 - garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained Comments: Outside trash dumpster lid open.

Shake Shack - Plymouth Meeting - 1/6/2022 - full report here

  • 1 - person in charge present, demonstrates knowledge, and performs duties Comments: Facility lacking sign stating that The most recent health inspection report is available on request. Sign must be posted conspicuously for the public. EHS supplied one.

  • 51 - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices Comments: Lacking proper air gap on dipping well at custard unit in back area.

Gino's Ristorante - Norristown - 1/7/2022 - full report here

  • Comments: Note: Routine inspection not conducted at this time. Facility refused to voluntarily close because of an ongoing Hepatitis A outbreak investigation. Facility is mandated to close by direction of Montgomery County Office of Public Health and shall remain closed until written permission is given by the Montgomery County Office of Public Health. West Norriton township police were contacted and on-site at time of closure. Facility refused to sign report.
