Tonight on their Facebook Page, Acteon Networks announced they would not be hosting their annual light display known as "Acteon Networks Light Up a Life" this year. The company cited several reasons for the cancellation including:
1. Thanksgiving taking place so late.
2. New Sod on the property.
3. The owner is having medical issues that would prevent him from ensuring everyone's safety.
The display is promised to return in 2020 for one final run which they promise will be the best display yet. The display has been a staple for so many local residents who made their annual pilgrimage to Butler Pike.
There was no indication of what would happen to the light display after next year.
