The agenda has been released for Monday's Plymouth Council Meeting which will start at 7:30 pm. This reorganization meeting will see the swearing in of Kathy Bandish who will represent Ward 4 and Chris Manero who will continue to represent Ward 2 for his second term.
This reorganization gives the local Democratic party a 5-0 majority on the Council.
