Starting on June 28, 2021, Joshua Road will once again be closed, this time between Flourtown Road and Whitemarsh Elementary School (Emerson Drive). This is the next step in what seems to be the never-ending road widening project which has been taking place for about two years at this point. It is not yet clear if the detour through Emerson and Franklin Way will be open, but one should assume so. Hopefully, this issue is resolved before school resumes in the area. This detour will be in place 24 X 7.
