Work has begun to transform the space once occupied by Pets Supply Plus into the area's newest True Value location. Banners displayed in the window proudly announce the pending arrival of the franchised location. According to their website, True Value, founded in 1932, serves more than 4,500 stores worldwide with retail sales in their communities, totaling about $8 billion, with 13 regional distribution centers and approximately 2,500 True Value Associates.
There is no announced opening date for True Value Blue Bell, but they are currently hiring and those interested in employment are encouraged to send their resumes to info@bluebelltruevalue.com.
Most readers will be familiar with one of our other local True Value locations, Holod's True Value located at 700 Ridge Pike in Lafayette Hill or G.M. Deck and Sons True Value located at 27 N. Main Street in Ambler.
This new tenant leaves only one remaining open spot in the entire shopping center which is located between the Dentist and Super Cuts. This shopping center was recently purchased by its current owner in 2019.
