CONSHOHOCKEN, PA - Today, the owners announced after 20 years in two different locations (formerly in Whitemarsh) The Lucky Dog Gastropub was no more. The restaurant, located at 16 E.1st Ave in Conshohocken was sold to new owners who intend to open a new restaurant in its place. According to the announcement the location was sold to "a husband and wife team with previous experience in the restaurant industry."
No news on when to expect an announcement or further details on the new establishment. This site was previously SPAMPS before becoming Lucky Dog.

A Message from the Owners, Barrie and Steve:
Dear Lucky Dog Family,
Over the past 20+ years it has been our honor and privilege to share in the celebrations of love, life, friendship, and food carried out within our Lafayette Hill and Conshohocken restaurants. Going to The ‘Dog every day never once felt like work - we’ve enjoyed every moment together.
Today, we have news to share. We have taken an opportunity to transition our Conshohocken location to a new family—a husband and wife team with previous experience in the restaurant industry.
The Lucky Dog in Conshohocken is currently closed and a new restaurant will be opening in the near future. We hope that you will show the new owners a warm Conshy welcome!
This is not goodbye, just so long for now. Thank you for a wonderful two decades dining with us and allowing us to be a part of your joyous occasions. We will forever cherish the memories and community that we built together.
