Local Business Inundated With "Outrage" After Anti-Mask Customer Complains in Facebook Group

Learning Express Blue Bell shared how they are inundated with "outrage" in the form of complaints, fake reviews on Facebook, Google, and Yelp.

The store released the following statement on their social media pages (3/12/2021).

This is not the first time a local business had to deal with the fallout of stories posted on Facebook groups, in June Whitemarsh Beverage was the focus of outrage when a false story surfaced alleging they refused to serve a customer because they were a member of law enforcement. That story ended up being posted by a local resident when they wrongfully assumed there was only one "Whitemarsh Beverage", the incident actually took place in Whitemarsh, MD.
