Child's Bike, Most Likely Mistaken as Trash - Removed from Home in Plymouth

Local news personality and area resident Jamie Apody shared a video from her friend who lives in Plymouth. The video shows someone in a white car pulling up and removing a child's bike on Sunday night from the edge of the home's property.

At first glance the person is stealing the bike, but this bike was placed at the curb on trash night, one would assume the person who took this bike was unaware it was not intendedfor the trash. Does anyone know this person? Maybe we could get the bike back no questions asked so the kid can continue to ride in this beautiful fall weather.
