PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA - We have been following the developments at the old TD Bank for a few weeks and now we can report a zoning variance has been approved by Plymouth Township that will allow Chipolte to relocate from the mall to the former bank. We first noticed activity about 6 weeks ago when a land survey was completed. Since then we have followed it through approval to allow the move.
Chipolte will occupy the space which will feature a pick-up window where you must order through the app before arriving at your designated time. There were some other minor allowances that will bring this lot into compliance with its odd triangular shape. Chipolte will relocate from its current location in the mall behind Red Stone Grill. No exact word on when the new location will open.
