On Friday, January 17, 2020, motorist will find Morris Road closed while PennDOT makes repairs damage drainage pipe in the section near Lewis Lane. The closure will start around 9:00 AM, and Morris Road will be closed between Penllyn Blue Bell Pike and Lewis Lane. Detours will be in place. PennDOT should complete the work in one day by the evening rush hour, should PennDOT encounter issues that prevent them from finishing in one day. they will re-open Morris Road at the end of each workday until complete. Residents living on the closed section will be able to access their residences.
