Tower Health, the Reading-based hospital system which owns Chestnut Hill Hospital and Tower Health Urgent Care locally, has announced the layoffs of 55 Unit Secretaries between Chestnut Hill and Pottstown Hospitals which will take place on November 10. These Unit Secretaries will be replaced by lower waged Unit Support Coordinator positions which pay about $3 less per hour.
