Liquidation sales have started at the East Norriton Dressbarn. This closure is part of the changes announced back in May. All 600 Dressbarn retail stores will close no later than December 26. A new rebranded e-commerce site is expected to launch on January 1. Gift cards and merchandise credits will be honored until the relaunch.
With Dressbarn's departure, Tornetta is left with a high vacancy rate in that particular shopping center. The Occupancy rate did climb with the addition of Staples and Greene Turtle but have slipped recently with the departure of Payless and now Dressbarn. No word on future plans.
