19-Year-Old Plymouth Resident Arrested After Investigation in Springfield Twp.


SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP - Springfield Township Police announced the arrest of 19-year-old Plymouth Meeting Resident Thomas Polczynski in relation to changes including 'Disseminating photographs/film of child sex acts', 'Unlawful contact with a minor', 'Criminal use of a communication facility', 'Corruption of minors' and 'Obscene and other sexual materials'.


The arrest came after an investigation by Springfield Township Police who were looking into allegations Polczynski disseminated the images via social media in an attempt to engage underage subjects.


According to Springfield Township Police, Polczynski was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Katherine McGill today and released on $100,000 unsecured bail. His hearing is scheduled for August. Any discussion of charges are allegations and suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
