New Restaurant and Bank Proposed for Blue Bell

Plans have been submitted to construct a new free-standing building that proposes to hold a bank with 2 drive-thru lanes and a restaurant. The building would be located in Center Square Plaza 1301 Skippack Pike, in the parking lot of McCafferty's Super Market. The exact location would be near the current free-standing ATM.

We were unable to confirm if any tenants have signed on.
