Learning Express, Blue Bell to Close

The high-end toy store Learning Express, located in Blue Bell is closing. The liquidation sale is currently underway offering 30% off every item in the store. Store fixtures are also available for purchase.

This is the Franchise owner's second location to close after shuttering their King of Prussia location. No word on what will replace Learning Express.
