Adolf Biecker Salon Opens in Whitpain, Former Citizens Bank

Adolf Biecker salon, formerly Jean Madeline Salon located in the Plymouth Meeting Mall, has relocated and opened in the former Citizens Bank location at the intersection of Walton Road and Township Line Road.
